This is a very nice w2w lot, but after having it grow in-game there are two problems that I think need to be addressed:

First is that you spelled Apartments wrong, for such a nice lot I wish that would have been noticed. Second is that the frequency for this building to grow is WAY too high. Its growing ALL over the place. I wish you would change that in a newer version.

I second SimTiki's comments. I like the building but I don't want it EVERYWHERE in my cities. I have buildings like this before and I just end up removing the lot. I'd rather have it there at a more realistic frequency.

Sorry for any mistakes in the text and I hope you can give me a last chance *begging* Anyway, the problem with growing everywhere should be fixed now, just download this newer version!

such a cool building but it pops up everywhere in my city. I had to remove the file.

First, I must say the building looks quite good. Nice on details. The biggest problem is it takes over the whole city! I've seen nieghborhoods where 80% of the pop lives in these same row homes.

I use this building, too. It`s great, but now I have it everywhere in my cities. Bad modding, perhaps you can modd it again :) Bugged
