actually, imo, the BEST residential building!

detail - 10 realism - 10 proportions - 9 (lot is a little too big, if I was to place this in my city it would stand out somewhat) Overall - 10, well, congrats, this is the first lot Ive ever rated a 10. One thing to say though, look at that pic, THAT is the sort of pic that should be on all lots, thats a perfect pic, just the building, completley there, with its stats next to it.
