Better model, realistic number of jobs, both a plop AND a grow, custom query, better documentation, custom a lot of things ... Look at the two models side-by-side and you'll see a rather clear difference. This one was remodeled from scratch, too.

As you guys know, I really like it when a Batter comes back to an old building and redoes it to take account of new things. To see this happen to one of my favourite buildings is excellent, many thanks to DT for his hard work and to you Equinox and the rest of your team in making it all possible
