This simple mod fixes bull-dozing streetcar avenue tunnels.

 

It is good for use in online AND offline use. I tested the results and the tunnel can be bulldozed.

 

Extract the file in the ZIP to your SimCityData directory.

Amazing mod, was able to fix the issue with Tosca Cliff's terminal ports being too steep to connect roads. Used this mod to demo the basic roads the ports come with and made my own roads as close to terminals as possible and everythings working great, for some reason while having the mod installed snap points for garages dont exist loll. snap points for everything else was fine but noticed there was none for my consumer electronics factory nor my double decker bus stop. Took mod out of folder and boom snap points are back, terminals are still functional as well so still a 9/10 for me
