Before, please excuse my pathetic English (I'm French) ! Information : Warehouse of the company DistriVin (fictitious), situated to Lizagnes in the Juidiction de Piscène (one of my cities on Simland). DistriVin is is a trade company in the wine industry. She takes charge of the purchase, then the marketing via the networks of classic distribution of the local wine production. This is a lot of a serie based on Wine, Vineyard and Wine Industry for your rural cities. This work is based on the lot of Mattb325 (Mail delivery center BSC), recreate for the occasion. The original version of Mattb325 is available here (You have to registred). Lot Details : Landmark with jobs (15 IM), Size 4x3 Dependencies : You can found the list in the READ-Me file. There is a lot but all my creations used the same one. Every sim needs balls in their life and those balls need to be made somewhere. The Havoc Ball manufacturing plant run by Wilson's Balls produces the finest quality balls ranging from basketballs to golf balls. I really made this lot because i was fed up of having repetitive buildings in my manufacturing areas, even though i've made a lot of custom manufacturing lots. This is transit enabled and can run a road right through which also leads off to the loading bay which you can see, there are also nightlights, but the render is the only pic i have as my nightlighting doesn't work ingame. If someone can send me a nightlight pic please do so i can put it up on the exchange.
