    Yes, I do. Seems to pop-in and out, like sometimes it works but sometimes not. I think it might have something to do with the Industrial Revolution Mod.
  2. I have all the dependencies. Not sure why this is happening. What could cause this?
  3. You can see that with the road traffic comes-in one way and leaves the city on the other side. However with the rail both arrows are leaving the city, and there is no way to change that.
  4. Both ends of my rail system both leave the city. There isnt a connection coming into the city. Like this <<<<--------city------->>>>> whereas it should be <<<<------city--------<<<<<. So the the rail passes through the city. So the rail is never used because both connections point outwards at either end. I cant find how to rotate the connection point, to change it's direction. When I create a track I have to drag it to the edge and it automatically creates a connection that leaves the city. However on my road connection there is one leaving and one coming in.

    Well sometimes the download names are different then the names you might expect, meaning that it can be difficult to just search 'trains' and find the object you want. Anyways, thanks for the info. So this is a 'train checker' ...lol, never heard of such a thing. Seems like a strange thing for a game to have but I am glad it isnt an issue with my install. Thanks again.
  6. It appears my trains are mostly invisible. I had two train mods installed which added new trains to the game. But have since deleted them. Is there anyway to view your Simtropolis download history so that I can see what other mods could cause this? Can a mod somehow permanently change a train model? Not sure how to fix this.

  8. Thank-you. I have only been building my road network thus far and have not done anything else. I suppose it was silly of me to make such an assumption since I really am a noob to this game.
  9. If you are right than that is an incredible coincidence. I have to wonder what the context could possibly be within the game. How it could possibly relate to the game in any ways. Regardless, I said "it seems" before giving my commentary, accepting that this was possible though it did seem unlikely.
  10. It -seems- like someone added this to the game. I am not sure what mod this is. I am thinking it is a political message regarding Trump in the USA. The arrogance of doing this. As if everyone has the same political views as you. As if I want my game soured by your take on politics. I am apolitical in a sense. I doubt I could even fully imagine the mindset of the person who did this. LOL. Really disappointing to have this impede on the game experience. Oh and dont assume I support Trump because I dont want to see some idiotic political message while loading the game.

    I used the same pieces as the video I posted in that thread. But I did manage to get the whole thing to work using your instructions @Naomi57 . So maybe the pieces have changed. But it works now and looks good, much better than the pre-fab one in the OP. And that is what matters. Thanks guys.

    I have tried another area and still couldnt get it to work. I then tried to attach to a highway that was oriented diagonally and it worked. It doesnt look right but it did work on the diagonal for some reason. So I dont think it is working properly. It should be working on the orthogonal not the diagonal. The ground around the piece was all level except for the sunken highway before the piece was placed.
  15. I tried connecting to a ground highway using the single-sided parallel ramps, and as I moved the cursor towards the highway it just wouldnt match up as it should. I tried rotating the piece but it wouldnt line up and couldnt be placed. Pic below. I found a video demonstrating the way it used to work. I did everything exactly as the video, same depth, same pieces. At approx 2.00 minutes you will see him place the same piece, it just clicks into place easily.
