It's always nice to see architects trying out new ideas on car parks. You might want to check out 1111 Lincoln Road as well, a multi-story car park in Miami designed by Herzog & de Meuron, it's quite extraordinary. But this one's not bad either, good job!
A fed building sugercoated with poplars... very corrupted indeed! I imagine it'd be the best place for bureacritising bureaucracies. The sunken entrance design reminds me of the sheriff court in my city. Great job!
