  1. Interesting to mix both SimCity and Pokémon... Two that come into mind is the finance advisor being a Persian and the utilities advisor an Amparos, since, well, it is used to light places in the games.
  2. Very useful and good mod, my health and education advisor is at least more bearable now. One thing I would like to report, I get underfunded alerts for private schools. Since you can't adjust their funds, is that supposed to happen? I can't place more private schools so there's no way to avoid a red alert every now and then.
  3. Even more evil: bomb the whole city with its own military (I'll have to admit i had a lot of fun once with that helicopter).
  4. Command & Conquer 3 Future Car

Awesome mod! Take the five stars you deserve (even thought this deserves more!).
  5. Madrid

This is beautiful! The only bad thing is that i can't like twice
  6. Any Futuristic train mods? (no NAM)

I installed the traffic simulator, and my commute times decreased greatly! It seems that my sims were actually able to get faster to work, but just wanted to drive. I downloaded a custom "El Rail" station just to see what happen, and guess what... It worked perfectly! Thank you! Now i can enjoy this mod.
  7. Real City Recreations

Washington can be recreated with no Exchange BATs. Maxis made, not two, nor three, but FIVE landmarks of Washington! As for the real-city inspiration, i usually mix two or more styles into one city. If you watched the movie "Big Hero 6", you'll have a perfect example of this, as the city is an awesome mix between Tokyo and San Francisco. Another thing i do is to give the city it's own history, like a post-apocalyptic survivor town that eventually became a city, but i think that's another topic.
  8. Prepping my First Region

Wind-powering a town is possible, but keep in mind that they have a low capacity. If you have a real mountain (not a ploppable) you should try building wind centrals on top of them, as it increases their power. Aside from your questions, you should try the Colossus Addon Mod, as it can control your buildings depending on your zone dense. That way big $$$ houses won't grow, just pretty small houses.
  9. Any Futuristic train mods? (no NAM)

That sounds really interesting. I didn't knew that. Never paid attention to that installation option. I'm going to try and download the installer again and check it out. Thanks!
  10. Any Futuristic train mods? (no NAM)

Thank you very much! The main reason why i can't install NAM is because space. I have my SimCity in a USB because all those windows apps and Microsoft office occupy a lot (and the drive has 14 gigs). I hope in some future i afford an external drive so i can install full NAM .
  11. Hello! I am making a futuristic city with great transport networks. However, it seems that high and mid wealth sims dislikes the train. I don't like how the game makes trains a poor city transportation alternative. In real life, there are nice modern train systems with high speed, and many people use them. Is there any futuristic train mod? I've seen that NAM has some modern trains that wealthy sims like to use, but to be honest, i can't run NAM. My computer is just a netbook and i don't have enough space (and RAM) to install NAM.
  12. Highways are not Black

I think you have to turn on "Maxis highway re-texture mod" while installing NAM if you choose custom install.
  13. IL.'s Tunisian Houses - Relotted

    Excelent, very well-made.
  14. My Education Questions

About the education centers, it's also a good idea to put city colleges early, as they are really cheap to maintain (you can educate about 100 sims with only 10 simoleons). I noticed the game gave colleges too much capacity which makes them have high capacity with low funds. These colleges will increase your mature population IQ, and they're the ones that can work on a H-T Industry.
