  1. Stop cars disappearing

    I was wondering if it is possible or for someone to create a mod that makes the cars stay on the roasd rather than disappearing similar to that of CS ? i don't like the cars disappearing all the time.

    Thanks companies like these tend to have very high APRs, i think would probably be better saving up for one tbh, the one im with have i think is 39% APR

    Hi mate welcome to the forums first of all its a zip file you have which contains the three files don't worry this is normal just drag the top file(.sc4lot) and place it in your plugins directory. This is a manual installation.

    Thanks for the reply guys, also the only reason i wanted that laptop is because it looked decent enough to run CS, this is the only reason i want a better laptop really, i currently have a toshiba satellite C850D with 4GB ram, i5 processor and an AMD Radeon HD 7310 Graphics and it runes CS on very low settings poorly :(. I can't afford a laptop outright so i have a personal account with lookagain which is a uk online catelogue and i can afford that.. but ill check to see if i can find more in the price range.. thanks. Also im sure im right with saying Intel HD Graphics and intel celeron processors are out of the window?

    I have to agree they are only in it for the money but tbh if they continue with SC it will be updating SCBI as thats just purely for money, nothing like the old SC for phones i think was SC Deluxe.

  9. Hi i was wondering with CSL being on steam could i possibly play this on a steam console, want to play it but my laptop only has 4GB ram and ATI Radeon so it wouldn't run good.

    I got this to work but when i click on a car or person to follow it doesn't follow them in first person mode but i can tour my city well tiny suburb in FP by using the keys. does this mod not allow me to follow cars or people in FP?

    I still play SC2013, CS doesn't run well on my laptop even at the lowest level settings. Im enjoying playing SC2013 but 1 problem and that is the map size, i dont think SC2013 will die soon as people who cant run CS will still play SC2013 like i. Altho the Maxis Emeryille studio is closed now we may see another update to SC2013 because the most of the staff have only moved to main ea studios and will still develop SC.
