    Home to the IPC magazine empire. Just to let peeps know this building will be getting a reclad, a might be joined by a 68 storey residential tower proposed by the Beetham property developer. Fantastic lit Tonsko

    Don't forget Chiltern Railways serving Metroland. Paddington. Often share much of their route with the Metropolitan Line Northern branch

    excellente, another COL mid-rise. Afraid to say it will be demolished due to something about its irregular floor height, or its proximity to St Pauls. Not a bad looker, definately unique architecture, could just do with a reclad or a simple wipe down of the windows.

    actually the colour of the water is usually determined by the weather. Clear skies, it reflects in the water and it looks nice and blue. The Thames always looks crapper on a cloudy day. But yes people dumping sewage in for no god damn reason doesn't help. I'm also having problems getting the GC's Semi-Detached to grow in mass swaves. Trying to create a semi-realistic London, and I've started on my own borough first where those houses are all over the place, row and row, street after street.

    I don't think Socialist Mass housing projects would be the dwellings of the middle classes though. Nice texture and design though

    Stunning once again. Love this building in real life, a real decent mid-rise, with some great reflecting cladding that can lead to all sorts of good photos. The sun always widely shines off it in the evenings.

    yep was what I was going to say. I myself will be working on a ultra realistic version eventually. If you need any help contact me. Also London is not a high rise city. Tall buildings are kept to the 'City of London', Slap bamn in the centre, the worlds financial capital and the Canary Wharf District in the East Of London. The Inner city regions will comprise of Medium density commercial and Medium Density Residential. The outer regions, like Hillingdon, Kingston, Harrow, Brent etc will be mostly lower density residential with a bit of medium density thrown in. But Looking good so far. What I'm doing myself is the gradually mark out the region with landmarks (Gherkin, Houses of Parliament etc) and then build round them from that.

    Nice one frog. Another step towards recreating London. Gonna start off with the City and buld around it, so this is very helpful. Will go just a little bit to the south-west of swiss re.

    hmm, would be quite hard to get hold of. Knew I should of made more use of going up to the top of Swiss Re . Perhaps, the guys over at Skyscrapercity.com forums might have some.
