Hello to all. I haven't been on Sim City 4 in over 5 years. Now I'm starting to get the itch. I checked out the STEX and it looks completely revamped. I was looking for a search box to look for old BATs I remembered, but I couldn't find it. Is there another way to simplify my search on the STEX?

You know, this looks very promising. I haven't read any of it yet but judging by the picture, it looks like it will be a sprawling metropolis with vast suburbs and a huge airport/seaport and an amusement park and, and TWINS!! I LOVE...

Despite the fact that the BATs are a little older and some non-used buildings of Downtown LA's do appear on the STEX, this CJ looks pretty good. But for some reason I don't think that population displayed on the bottom left of the screen does you justice because the displayed area is actually 10x the population given.

I have to admit that this is, by far, one of the best city journals that has appeared on Simtropolis. I am not usually blunt or judgemental, but I could not stop admiring when I saw and read through the pages. Other CJs that I feel are in the league with this are Gothia (Olympia [of course]), Sculpting Columbia River, Paris by EJC (one of the top three if ever completed), San Francisco by Mexicanboy, the Casa Grande CJ, and Klondike Delta. There are many other CJ designers who I believe are going for personal best goals such as longest running, most surreal, etc. They have great journals as well but I feel they are just below these classics. Just keep doing what you are doing and you'll be a legend in this community (if not already). Thank you for Casanares
