For quite awhile I had been wondering if there was a way you could make wider one-way roads so you could make a signature boulevard or just 5 lane one-ways. I had wondered if it would be possible to make it so if you dragged a one-way heading north and then dragged another one-way heading north right next to it the game could then join them into a larger 5 lane one-way road similar to the way the game turns the ANT into the RHW when it is dragged along side by side. After seeing the RHW in action I think it could be done. I am not sure if this would be a project that any of the modding gurus could or would be able to work on. I understand that there are few of us here that are familiar with the arcane art of messing with pathing and the NAM. Just hoping this could be an idea that could catch the eye of someone with the time and talent to tackle this (if it is doable at all). I can do some of the texture work if called upon and I realize that this could be a big task. But I think this could be great if done. Attached are some pictures of what I'm talking about. Now this is only the second time I've started a thread asking about modding a transit network. The 1st time was about 2 or 3 years ago when I made some stations and trams and wanted color-coded trams for a light-rail network using the heavy-rail lines...That ultimately turned into the GLR.

The Avenue Elevated Rail Project ( AERL )
mikeseith replied to Shingure's topic in NAM & Transit Networks
I voted for #1. Much of Miami's Metro-rail is like that. -
Am I mistaken or is this game in stores now? By the way people are talking it seems they have played this game already. From what I've seen in the reviews it seems ok if you like city life and down-right bad if you like SC4. I hate the social aspect...I don't care about my sim's lifestyle decisions, I just want to give them a place to thrive and ways to get to and from work. My opinion, save up for cities unlimited. It seems to have more potential as a real city simulator. oops...I just did a google search and found out that it was released Nov.13. Shows you how much I was anticipating the realease
