Here's the first shot guys. I have of course done some changes from the original building, such as spacing out certain details more, in order to make the building fit on a nice snugly fit 3x3 lot. And while i'm onto this i do have some building's i'd want to do afterwards: Delmonico's Restaurant (it's right across the street of this building) American Radiator Building: ( I just love this thing!!!!!) and last of the first four: The Flatiron: Anyone got any objections to this? It's ok if any one else want to make these instead, i can find something else to do.

@Glenni- Just asking, are you just contributing that building(when you BAT it) to NYBT or do you want to be completely part of the team and BAT with us(and still BAT what you want to BAT that isn't New York stuff)? .quote> Well, the basic idea was just to contribute to your recreation with this one building, but i am out of ideas, and sort of getting tired of just making stuff based on buildings over here. But i like it, it's a quite interesting building in Lower Manhattan. So what do you say guys, want a little guest member contribution?

You wanted tourbuses? YOU GOT TOURBUSES! Here's a typical bus of the company City Sightseeing, which is seen in many of the world's cities. The stair is a bit awkardly placed and i will fix that. I can't do much about the people as they need to be flat objects ( i can't have real people models there, that would totally kill sc 4!) i also did a Glasgow bus of the old school! i also plan on doing sightseeing trains, and other variations of tour buses.
