Same with me. It is a pain to play the game and it is like that since I upgraded to 10.4.0. It feels like you are in a coughing car. Stops and goes, stops and goes.... Even with the lowest graphic settings and I have GeForce FX 5200. I was planning to upgrade the card just for SC, but now I am planning to buy a new MAC. Or lets say dreaming... I don't think buying the deluxe will change anything as it is a system + graphic card problem. I wish I have not upraded 10.3 system... Wish you all a happy new year... Cheers

Thanks for the graphics rules.sgr file zelgadis. It really helped a bit. The flow of the game is better then before but not good as with the MacOS 10.3. I am just wondering if I can do anything further to get a better result. Is there anything I can change system/setup specific in the graphics rules file. I am on a G5 with NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 Ultra, 1256mb ram, MacOs 10.4.7. If you have any successions, I truly appreciate. Cheers

I recently downloaded all the mega packs from stex and used juicer for extracting the contend. All worked well except BSC mega packs. They all gave me dat files which have numbers and "install" words in their names. I removed these extra bits from the names and placed them in to the plug-ins folder. If I am not wrong some work properly and some don't. I started to get some brown boxes. I just wonder if anyone else have the same problem and if someone have a working solution for this? Cheers

Thank for your replay kbooms1w, I had problems with all BSC Mega Props; D66, MJB, RT, swi21. They all come out with numbers and install in their names. As I mentioned before I changed their name and placed them in my plug-in folder. Hope the names are all right. On the other hand, in the game I have visible (brown boxes) problems with the following lots as far as I played recently. Lot are; Ferme Anis, BLS Rachael's Red Wines, Mark and Spencer Department Store. I might have the same problem with a SG pack but I don't actually remember. If you can help me I will be very happy. Because of system 10.4 speed problems I was terribly upset in the recent months, this only add a bit more to my frustration. By the way do you have any solutions or ease for that problem... Offcourse they are trying at least to be seen as interested with the situation because they are hoping to sell more Mac Delux Edition... Lets ask them to fix the night light issue with this coming update... I do not think they are serious about after sale support. Hope they come up with something to fix 10.4.3 issue.

You can use FileJuicer (99% of the exe files except EA exe files gives accurate results) or copy the files from a PC (again not for EA exe files because they look for installed game on the hard disk... Content of the exe files are same as the files you need to use on Macs. Cheers.

Hi SG, I have a question for you. I am a Mac user and using Juicer with your exe files. I didn't have any problems (at least that I know) in the past but SG_Install_GooberGenAquarium.exe extraction gave me a result which looks like wrong. Would you please give a list of the file names in this exe file to be sure. I presume, actual file should not have install word and some numbers in brackets. If you can help, I'll be very happy. On the other hand I would like to thank you for all your nice work. Cheers.
