Now, that's funny, i'm using hardware rendering and never had a problem with nightlighting. If i'm not mistake, mr.dekiscool here said about buying his game or the copy in amazon, back in his other thread before. But, seeing what's going on here, i'm not sure whether it is patch already or not. Let's just ask him his game version, shall we??

Removing underground view on subway stations

Let's not talking about the mod,...this kinda weird question, your buildings will not stay in your way when you plop those stations and that's because you are in the underground view. Well, i suppose you just did not install the NAM yet. -
That's the problem right there...you must solve that update patch first. Originality is essential, cause the patch wont be apllied to the non original game. And you won't have the right version of the game until you update the patch.

You have not enough power to share. 1400Mw is not enough while you already using 400Mw. The minimal amount your city must have to make a deal is 1000Mw. It's clear you must have more capacity than that. I suggest you to change your power plant with larger capacity. Coal power plant is enough i guess. It has around 6000Mw capacity. And it only cost around 300$. Another options goes to Windmill power plant. Make sure you put many of them, until it's enough to be shared. Just a reminder, ploping more powerplant will only absorb your simeleon much more than before. You intended to make money through selling power, but you must consider the power plant funding too. Lets say you have 2 power plants which is for example cost 600$ in funding each month. Now, how much do you think can you get from selling power to another city with only 2.000 residents?? It's not worth it, believe me. Stay in one power plant, until the advisor ask you to plop another powerplant is my suggestion.

After connecting the power line for both cities, sometimes you have to check your UI, see if you can find any message from your advisors concerning the power deal.

Well, i wasn't talking about the original Graphic card which already mounted to the mobo from the moment you bought it. I was talking about the Video card that you bought seperately. How much capacity your GPU moose?? -
Well, even the travel query tool won't show anything if the building itself does not provide jobs. I have the building too, but not plop it in any of my cities yet. So, there are only two simple questions left; Have you ever plop it?? And if you have, does it provide jobs?? It could suddenly solve the problem here, if you have.

where is the SC4Desc file ? That one file should be included too. otherwise, not just query that will miss, but the game won't recognize the file or in another word, the item shouldn't appeared in the game. Sometimes a BAT has no desc file contained. I got many BATs in my plugins that have no desc files at all. That lack of desc files shouldn't be the real problem here. maybe mr.jonpfl here was expecting a worker as soon as he plop the building. Which is not gonna happen that fast. Or, this Coca cola building here isn't actually a plopable with jobs. It's a reward. And a reward building doesn't always provide jobs.

Well, of course buying a new box is better than adding this graphic hardware to the old box. I knew it. Talking about the name, i thought the GPU is a component mounted to the Printed Circuit Board which basically forming the Video Card, here. So i wasn't actually wrong about giving the correct name. -

Nothing so complicated about graphic card. You can learn more by simply using the google search. All desktops and laptops has its own ghraphic card with various capacity, mostly 32mb, 64mb or 128mb. That's the basic capacity i know. You want more capacity than that, you need to buy what is called Video Graphic Card. It's a hardware made especially for handling games with huge minimal requirement. Of course it has a various capacity too. The higher the capacity, the more money you need. Now, this is just a little information, you don't really need this VGA hardware to handle SC4, 128mb graphic card is more than enough. But if you can afford to buy, it's all on you. -

224mb RAM?? No wonder...it's not only dog slow, it's turtle slow,..the actual minimum should be around 1000mb RAM, the more the better of course. Don't forget the most important thing here....it's the graphic card. Now matter how big your RAM is, if your graphic card can't handle the game, then it's useless. How much its capacity is important, the minimal requirement is 32mb, again the more the better. -
Sometimes it's something about your game graphic, but i can't explain no further. I'll let the other ST Forum member who expert in graphic to deal with this. Anyway, what type of rendering mode are you using, sir..??
