I'm sorry that I don't have a better picture, but I was wondering if anyone knows where to find the silver spire in the bottom right of this picture? It's the structure being used as an Olympic torch situated just outside of the large stadium in the lower right. Thanks!

Anyone know where I could find those sunken highway embankments in the middle of this picture? With the shrubs on top and road signs below?

So, I've been having this problem where cerain installed props listed do not show in the 3D preview. Why would this be? I can position it in the overhead view but as I said it does not appear in the 3D view. Is this normal and will the prop show in game? . . . or were they not properly installed? What could be the problem? EDIT: So as it turns out, I answered my own question in that I just didn't have ALL the necessary dependecies.

Wouldn't the in-game economy become a psuedo-ponzi scheme at some point. . . that or just grind to a halt? I mean, if resources eventually run out, it means that one city will inevitably have to get oil from another city, and when that one runs out they both will have to look elsewhere. In time, everyone will have run out of oil and then either A) an endless stream of new players will be needed to produce new oil, or new cities must be built and old ones abandoned B) EA/Maxis will provide an undending stream of oil for everyone through the market, or C) everyone will have moved beyond the need for oil. If B turns out to be true then it greatly diminishes the unique aspects of a player-driven economy, but on the flipside if C turns out to be true then B will have to also become fact, in the sense that new players won't be able to find oil considering that few to no one will be producing it late in the game as their cities will have long run dry. . . just pointing out some possible problems in this "world economy". Also, I never really realized it before until reading the OP's post, but having the saved game files in the cloud could present a lot of issues as far as the types and complexities of the mods that will be available for the new game. -
The simple fact that the sign in that picture states: "Speed Limit: 30^2 mph/km" should have been a hint.
