Have you tried this? From the description, it looks like it's one of the things you need. -
This is not the easiest to find, since many players are space-conscious, and prefer small bus stations (or, in the case of RTMT, stations that take up no room at all). Also, I don't know how you plan to use this in your city. Is it allowed to include a train station as well? How about monorail or el rail? Or, how about a few different mass transit options? (There are some other Madison Square Garden versions available too.) Is it allowed to connect to an airport? Can it look modern (some would say weird)?

What kind of pollution are you trying to remove? Water, air, traffic, or all of the above? Are we talking about a small, medium, or large city? I don't know if you'd call this a cheat lot or not, but it is small, and the description says it does reduce pollution a lot. I haven't had a chance to try it myself. Or, maybe you could try this one. I also found this one. This one, according to the comments, works as long as you never bulldoze it. If you don't want to take up any room, you could also try an ordinance.

I'm the same way, but just recently have I noticed that there are just some beautiful bats/buildings that were never created to grow. It'd be a shame to dismiss them on that fact alone. No need to cut off the nose to spite the face. I'll restrain as much as possible when it comes to plopping any buildings, but.......ya gotta have it! If you want to save money, you can change those beautiful ploppable buildings into growable ones, like this: https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=2550.0 Then you don't have to waste money on plopping buildings. -

You could try this. It says it may not be compatible with other traffic mods, though, including NAM.

If you want to try cutting down on your load time, you could try datpacking many of the plug-ins. I recommend keeping a backup of the original plug-in files in a different directory, though, in case the datpacking doesn't work, the datpacked file gets corrupted, or you want to add even more plug-ins later.

Another thing you can do is get a free account on the LEX (file exchange) of sc4devotion.com, and then try the Category Search on the left after you log in. There are a few Commercial categories. -
This reminds me of a question I've been meaning to ask for a while. Is there any article that has a guide to all of the non-U.S. SC4 websites out there, what content they have, how to translate what's on them (sorry, my foreign language skills are far from perfect), and how to navigate them? Also, when you download a building from one of those websites, and you query the building in the game, does the text come up in the language of that website? I've never tried it. It seems like there's a lot of good content out there that I'm not taking advantage of, and authors that should get credit for their work with more reviews. Oh, and for the box factory, try p. 46 (unless there are more uploads to that site, in which case it might be pushed to a different page number).

Before posting it on the STEX, post pictures of it in a new thread of your own here: http://community.simtropolis.com/forum/12-sc4-bat-open-discussion/ and if there are any obvious problems, people can advise you on how to fix them. That way, you can be sure that when you do post on the STEX, the building will be ready, and you won't have to be "really nervous." I hope this helps in the future.

There certainly are custom roundabouts. Here is one: If you want your roundabouts to look different, you can also try doing a STEX search on "roundabout filler" or just "roundabout" and put all kinds of stuff in the middle of the roundabouts. There are also some things on the STEX that do have ground transportation going through them. @AlexSan333: There is a mod to change to European-styled roads: The description, though, says that it is included with the latest NAM version as an optional extra. If installing the mod above doesn't help, maybe you could try reading the NAM manual and/or posting a question at the NAM support forum: https://community.simtropolis.com/topic/58484-nam-general-support-thread-v2/page-44?hl=%2Bnam+%2Bsupport#entry1403341 to see if there's a way to uninstall and reinstall NAM which will give you the European roads. I'm sorry to read that you're still having trouble getting European-style small R and C buildings. For your current region, any changes you make (short of bulldozing) will only affect buildings that grow in the future, not the ones already there. If you start a new region, you could try a combination of a Maxis blocker: and a lot of European-style building plugins like these: to force the game to only grow European-style buildings.
