    this looks great. It would make a great "Municipal Auditorium," since there aren't many auditoriums to choose from on this site. Avoid the open space in the center and less windows. It reminds me of one of the coolest buildings in my city because of its Beaux Arts influence. Great job. I wish I could make something. I'm not that good. Otherwise, it's a great Bureau of Bureaucracy.

    Yes, please create more these w2w commerical buildings. I wish I was as creative as you. These remind me so much of Canal St. in New Orleans. Those w2w buildings in their heyday were absolutely beautiful.
