    My third 'anti-mod' drops a heck of a lotta garbage on to your citys. this time, it wont just make your enviroment advicer, but your utilty one as well! another affect of this lot is that it also affects land value too. this lot is perfect for all your dirty fly-tipping citys!     It does have a bit of a point, making the envrioment adviser VERY angry, and placing them in industrial wastlands, to make them more Wasteland-like.

    Alot of Lot these days get rid of pollution, Pah! I say! This little beauty puts a heck of a alot of pollution on your city. Yay! It comes in two sizes, both look the same but have differant effects, as you can see above. Requires buildings as props 1 you can get it here- http://SimCity.ea.com/downloads/getfile_pri.php?filename=bldgprop_vol1.dat you will need a SimCity account to get it mind. (unless somebody uploads it on to the STEX soon...) , tell me if you get any problems. They are plopable, and can be found in the landfill menu. Droidika
