my 2nd bat overall and,, just tried a park with an extended desirability range which also results in the increased of its maintenance cost ($40) but the extended range and better desirability value 
hope you like it and i hope i made the stats equivalent to its cost
the increase in its desirability range is from my point of view from its towering form.. its tall,, many can see it to many can appreciate it even without being near the park itself
i know i still have to work on my texturing and LOD, but I just like to share some work i am already putting in use in my cities
