Been a few years... but I've started to get back into simcity 4 Deluxe a bit. Damn, I've missed it! I've currently not got any mods on here, and I've been thinking, all the cities I've built so far seem a little too utopian and perfect. Trees, parks, everybodies too darn happy. Anybody got any suggestions for some mods/lots etc. that would let me make a town of vice and sin, scum and villainy, crime, riots and as far from a happy place as possible? A perfect world is far too boring. Thanks in advance!

So youre relotting maxis buildings using other props eh? don't sound too bad! im not that into that water pump though.... The original only takes up a 1x1 space, yet this one been made twice the size just for a some trees and a parking lot...i'd scrap the water pump idea. the other are ok though.

Sorry folks, im having to put this project on hold, my Old Laptops having a few problems...(don't worry though, i got a back up of the file ;-) ) Anyways, turns out that i over sized the thing bigtime, yet ive scaled it down to size now and is more or less in the lotting stages (or was...)

Quite small, it is designed for a road top mass transit lot, That's a zoomed in pic, btw
