  1. Region View is not displaying certain city maps correctly (see image). Exiting a city to region view will sometimes leave the city map looking like this in region view, but not always. Disabling all plugins will *sometimes* but not always result in the city displaying normally in region view upon exit. What's causing this? Game plays normally otherwise. SC4 rush hour, patched. Vista 64 Intel Core i7 920 12GB RAM @ PC1600 2x HIS Radeon 4870 1GB in crossfire 2x WD Velociraptor 300GB 10k rpm in RAID0

    I just spent the last 2 days going through all 111 pages after a long absence . Awesome work! With the new NAM ability to stack elevated rail on top of roads, I'm going to start using EL more. Question, where can I find this EL station? It looks like a terminal for the line, and I can't find it on STEX.

I'm not sure if they work, I'm still examining them in iLive to make sure they're kosher and safe to use.

    i'm not sure what the problem is, i checked your transit switch exemplar, and everything's ok. lot works fine in different city of same map. go figure. :)

    because you have a fun little street loop loading area for trucks, i'd add more transit exemplars: one for truck in to truck, and one for truck out to truck. it may increase the truck traffic and automata on the lot. if you need a HEX list of exemplars, PM me, though qbert2's tutorial is great.

    I found the problem... you're missing some reps in your transit switch exemplar. you have IN: truck to freight train, and OUT: freight train to freight train. you need IN: freight train to freight train, IN: passenger train to passenger train, and OUT: passenger train to passenger train.

    i didn't give it an 8 because there was no documentation-that would be childlike, i gave it an 8 because: the stats are unrealistic and i'm just not a big fan of architect ceasar pelli. or was this the forum where you're not allowed to rate if you don't like it?

    awesome...thanks for all your work! that p3 genesis looks a little "off", like it's an early trolca draft. The detailing on the DASH and skins for the p4 and p5 gen's are great!

    Awesome....no readme file either. You uploaded a half-finished project. Ok, in light of the ridiculous amount of time spent on this, it's 99.9% done without the readme, but still... 8/10.

    awesome or not, the description should tell us whether it's plop/grow/landmark, the cost, dependencies, lot size, etc. that way we don't have to download the giant file to find out or jump to the petronas thread (no link to it here anyway).

    Even though this was originally created in the dark ages of train modding, it remains the only train lot that is fully-functional and allows for freight, passenger, and UDI pass-thru. Gizmo props were all messed up, but that's because i'm also running his newest prop pack

    Pro: best use of props and overlays on freight lot. UDI pass-thru enabled. Con: Non-query-able. Can't plop on top of rail. Sometimes when plopped, no passenger pass-thru; this happens 50% of time for me. When there IS passenger pass-thru, the lot becomes un-bulldoze-able.

    Thanks for the prop change. However, I did find another bug. The lot prevents passenger rail traffic from passing through. I can't confirm whether it also blocks pass-thru freight, though freight does originate. Either way, it's safely used as a freight outpost and not on the main line.

    BRF - I thought about PM-ing you this, but perhaps others may benefit as well: Regarding the Kralore freight station (or any other BAT mod), I can modify the LOT file easily enough with the lot editor, but I can't seem to get datgen (EDIT: or iLive)to successfully import a new lot file into an existing dat file without errors. edit: will just wait for Kralore update.

    Trolca - Regarding the new BN caboose, I have 2 issues. - I don't really see it in game, or any of the bay line caboose files I'm using. All of my freight trains seem to be caboose-less. This could just be amazing coincidence. - I do see the new BN caboose pop up among the autospawn freight activity at Kralore's Freight lot (non-cp rail version). Here, the skin on the caboose is all messed up. BN logo on the roof, yellow railing paint is on the side of the car, etc. Anyone else with this caboose seeing these problems?
  24. New Passenger Rail Arrives!

    I'm a big fan of the amtrak metroliner cars. i appreciate the recent updates, but i preferred when the engines and cars were a seperate .dat file, so that i could mix and match (i.e., use trolca's phase3 engine with your phase 3 cars).

    since there weren't any jpegs in the freight mod pack (don't know about this newest one), i was using the ilive reader to look at the fish files to tell what car was what. I didn't know that the CSX cattle car has actual cattle! trolca, you should thin out the number of horizontal beams that run on that side wall and/or make them thinner so that people can better see your bovine handiwork on the interior. also, does the Bolt Barley car conform to the new ID standards? It's date was old enough where it could have been included in your update pack, but I didn't see it there. it's gotten to be that i'm having more fun collecting and organizing my train mods and BAT creations than playing the actual game.
