  1. I would still like to see wheat and hay fields. We have peanut farms in the south so that would be nice. More types of horse ranches would be nice too. Farms with the added streams or ponds. Country style stores would be a great addition also. Well, those are a few requests to get you started. I am sure I will add more later. Good luck and looking forward to your creations.

    This is newest city to my region, Marysville. It's a beach resort community. Thanks for Goldiva and Peg for making it possible to have such wonderful waterfronts. This is where some of the wealthier sims live. Aireal view of Marysville at nightime. This is an update on West Naval Base. I redesigned the park. I think it looks better now. As you can see, it has grown alot. We now have an airport and a few taller buildings. We also have a cruise ship port. West Island Park at night. Cobb Tower at night. Residential area around the river. I hope you enjoyed my newest update. I am not good at story telling so I will be basically just showing pics of my region and the cities within. I forgot to take an updated region view but will next time I play the game. Have a great day and comments are always welcome and suggestions too.

    Don't give up!!! I love the yacht club and it's in every one of my waterfront communities. We need more of these kind of lots. With Pegs waterfront lots, you can have very beautiful waterfronts now and adding your yacht club was the perfect touch. Just know that all your hard work on that lot was much appreciated!!! I agree with frogface that with your next release, most people will click on your name to see what else you have. Keep up that great and hard work you are doing and looking forward to your next release!!

    Great idea but if it covers the road, doesn't that mean there is a corrupted file in it? I've had lots do this before to me and it was due to corrupted files. I would look into that before anyone else downloads it. Once it's fixed, I will download it.

    Well, time for an update. I forgot to include pics of the waterfalls and lake in Bluffton so here they are. Bluffton Lake This is my newest additon to my region, West's Naval Base. This is the arial view. This is West's Island Park. Thanks to Peg for his wonderful waterfront plaza lots. This is Sunset Beach and Yacht club. This is where everyone comes to play!! This is the Shmail-Jenx district. Love these buildings and so do my sims!!! This is the Naval Yard and industrial park. It's still a work in progress. After losing most of this city today, I wasn't able to get everything finished. Will continue updating as more growth happens. Thanks for taking time to look at my pics and I did resize all pics but if they are too big, please delete and I will resize again. Have a great day!!!!

    Thank you for the great comments. Due to power going out while working on my naval port and not saving while working on it, I lost 80% of my city (5 hours of terraforming) (anyone feel sorry for me yet....lol). I will bring updates hopefully tomorrow. Cobb: Your wonderful buildings will be in my major city soon to come. Back to the drawing board.

    I love this package. I have read Vlakhass comments but will download and see if I have the same problem. I am wondering if there is a conflict with other lots, if it could be with CSX or Nexis since they are using the Jenx buildings also. Just an idea though.

    I have downloaded and just tried it in game. It looks transit enabled but doesn't hook up to roads. It also doesn't look anything like the picture posted. Am I missing something? I really like this but not in game.

    Jimbobface's comments need to be deleted and he needs to be banned for life. That was uncalled for. This is a great lot and will be downloading. Thanks for your hard work on this lot. It will look great in higher wealth neighborhoods.

    Just a tip..The only processes you need to run is taskmgr.exe and explorer.exe. All others can be shut down. I got this info from a well known computer company. I run my comp while playing and surfing the web. I have no problems, no errors popping up and play my game on high for everything. Runs great now. I also updating my memory to 512, an $80 investment.
