Hello, someone else recently posted a similar question. I would love to get back into SimCity 4, and may upon purchase of a new laptop. I am wondering if either of these options would suffice. Hello! I downloaded the latest NAM, RHW, and NWM, and for the first time a new simulator (low capacity). I was wondering if you think it'd be best to start a new city, a new region, or play in my current ones for now, just so I can adjust to the changes?

Now in at least my one city, there are red X's all over the map in the congestion display. What causes this?

{Grand Rail Station Patch} Also includes a version that makes it easier to get. Bulldoze all large stations before putting this mod into your plugins folder. Otherwise, it might corrupt your cities. thank you!

I'm looking for something I have seen before-I think it's a modd-it makes the large train station included with the game three tracks all the way across, instead of one that turns into three at the station.

Are you using the congestion display or the traffic flow display? With the NAM, you get better information from the traffic flow display. Congestion. And I've had the NAM for a few years, just not this.

I let the new simulator run for just a little while on the fastest mode, and traffic did drop in many areas. However, there are now little spots of red scattered all around. Is this normal? As in every few tiles one is red.

That message means that is attempting to open the file and not save it. I am not familiar with safari either, but I would look in your Safari settings to see if there is a default way to handle files. Change it to save. (Don't know if you can do this as like I said before, I don't have Safari.) If you still can't get it just use a different browser. internet explorer didnt work, then chrome did though :)Thanks! -

Do you have a link? I haven't been able to find it. You can find them here: Link They're the second and third ones down. Just place them in your Plugins folder. Thanks! But.. It won't let me download them. It says that I don't have a program associated with it to download the files. I have windows 7 PC. I'm using apple safari internet browser. Hmmm... Just a guess... Are you simply downloading the files or is your browser trying to open/run them? Or maybe it's a setting in Win7? They are .dat files and don't need to be opened. I'm not familiar with that browser, so I can't say for sure if that's the issue. Hopefully someone will be along to offer something more specific... The same files are available at SC4 Devotion. Use the EA Support button and accept the agreement. The files will be in the Lot Editor section. They'll be zip files. http://simcity.ea.com/coolstuff/loteditor/loteditortool_01.php If ur logged in I think you can only see it. Is it "Rush Hour Building as Props" and "Sim City 4 Building as Props" ? when I try to download from the this link I gave, it says "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please install a program or, if one is already is installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel." -
