Hello =D After having a break from BATting buildings i created this two bats. These are insurances which are based on some buildings of the City of London. Each building is either a growing CO$$ office or a landmark, so you'll get 4 buildings The small one provides 55 CO§§ joby and the taller one 263. They'll grow in the European, NY and Chicago tileset. The lot size is 1x1 or 2x2. Well... I hope you like it Molooo Wow, don't mind my bad photo skills again!

Hello! This is the first of hopefully several buildings of the University of Cambridge! It is King's College Chapel, the inofficial landmark of Cambridge. The chapel was built in about 100 years and today it is famous for its choir. Additionally the fan vault ceiling is the largest of its kind. The Bat comes in two versions: a brighter and a darker one. The brighter version seems to be quite similar to the original but i think the darker version looks good as well! You can decide whether you want one or even both. The monthly costs are about 120§ and the lot has a size of 2x5. So if there is a college chapel missing this Bat might be the right choice. ^^ Molooo

Heyho! I was going to build an Asian quarter in my city but the streets did not seem so busy, that's why i created these billboards and decided to share it. They are transit-enabled (if there are any problems: just send me a message; they work in my version of sc4) and there are 3 different types: 1. Road (European style) 2. Road (American style) 3. Street I must admit they look really poor alone but if you place it in your Asian city it will look even more busy!
