      I've had this same problem when I installed "Simcity Revision". Part of it increases the trade port buildings and mine shaft limits, it turns out that all I had to do was to bulldoze and rebuild the buildings for parts of the mod to go into effect.   Have you already tried demolishing the University and rebuilding it to see if the problem gets solved? 'Cause I can't test it out for my self because of my college studies D:

  7. Just wondering if someone can make a mod that will allow the placement of streetcar stops along the standalone tram track. Not the streetcar avenue, I'm talking about the standalone tram track. EDIT: Well it turns out that my mod request is one of the new tram features Maxis included with Simcity Patch 3.0 that's going to come out sometime later this week. Hmph, what a coinecidence.

    @abcvs : It would be awesome if your route went through my town, Jacksboro/Lafollete , TN. The 25W through there [Campbell County] is pretty good. We have a mall that's 60 years old, lots of marinas, Cove Lake State Park, and to top all of that off, the 25W overpass remodeling ($10,000,000 stimulus project) that is located right next to Campbell County High School (my H.S.) But right now, the place looks really beautiful from all of the snow we recieved, and 25W heads straight towards Jellico and Middlesboro, KY. There, you will find route 58. Head east, and stay on it, and you will arrive into VA Beach, VA. a.k.a. : Hampton Roads and the area the DeathtoPumpkins lives near.
