    What is the point of posting helpful comments when you don't even take the advice into consideration. NO ONE wants Maxis reLots. If you must use Maxis material, at least make the LOTS look appealing and unique. Oh.. and as I said in comment section of your last upload: Open a Lot Thread and get FEEDBACK. 1/5 for lack of originality and substance. If I could give a 0.. I would have.

    This takes all the fun out of the game. Maybe you should open a Lotting thread and get peoples feedback before releasing Lots. There are tons or over-capacity schools on the STEX. This is just another waste of bandwith.

    You can use mods like iLive's Reader and SC4Tools to modify stats. But sounds like if you don't want gmax, you might not want to learn those as well...

    In game pic please? If you just said you don't know how to convert png to jpg, then there is something in MS paint called"Save as Jpg". As well, for Jpg images, you can also use the recorder cheat or use "print screent" and then in paint press Ctrl-V. However, this upload sounds pretty good and I give it a3/5.

    There is no height limit to the pictures here as long as your picture is 250 wide you can make it as tall as you want. That would let you show the whole thing. You could also provide a external link to a fullsize picture.

    Do you have the BAT? If you learn how to use that, all you will need to do is make a tiny box and use that as your building instead. Or use the SC4 tool.

    Looks can indeed be deceiving. This lot is great for disguising schools in neighborhoods, and it actually looks quite a bit like the schoolhouse I went to not that long ago.

    this is a clever idea... I've had a bunch of small towns where it required a ridiculous amount of schools. Something like this helps with realism (at least from a visual standpoint).

    It's not supposed to look like a realistic, 500-student school....or else it would ruin the entire point behind making this. I don't know why it says custom ploppable, I thought I took care of that. Sorry.

    Fantastic. It is UNREAL how many schools you have to place. I live in a town of 2300 people and its a BIG area. We have 3 schools (elm,middle,high) and in sc4, for a city our size, would need at least 6 (2 of each type, even then a little bit may be unschooled) 5/5 - 10/10

    4/5 - Very useful, but who doesn't want to have a real school for realistic suburbs? Mostly useful in eyecandy CJs...or space-lacking suburbs.

    More automatas yea yea yea ! madhatter106 , there are already kombi's vw vans available on the stex as well , (rivit ) did upload a pack of 9 units ( VW KOMBI Set ) and they look very good

    two-tones and other custom paint jobs (flames, scallops, racing stripes, etc.) are gonna be in set 2, complete in 2 to 4 days...Herbie included :)....I'm also toying with making some with roof racks, and Baja style bugs..my BAT skills are still poor though...updates as I improve..Volunteers?

    Is it possible to provide separate .dat files for each version of the van? I just found out this dat file replaces the white "getaway" van automata outright, and I don't want that.

    Just the Chrysler Building appears when I download this Times Square on my plugins folder. I dont know what happens with the other buildings, the signs just keeps "floating"... =(
