This is awesome, but if you have the low wealth beautification mod, the dirt textures would not match so well. Also, the textures look like they came from a construction lot. Anyway, awesome for a first! 5/5.

The building itself looks very odd, but it is well done. The door on the roof is out of proportion, but that is the only real "problem" with it. Is this based on a real building? It is unusual but it seems to be something I could find in NYC if I looked for it. Great to have another one from you.

you need to list dependacies. These appear to be ACB luggage trolley props, except for the green car, which is a Maxis effect prop. I advise that you list other people's works that are used in your file. By not doing so, you are claiming the works to be your own and are not giving credit to those who spent their time working on them. As this is probably your first upload, do not put dependacies into your files as well as that can cause duplicates to show up. - Allan Kuan
