This building is your link to one of the most devastating events in history: Hiroshima. This building was one of many collected on-site, and each SimCity is required to have one to remind them of the disasterous event.
But... it does so more that visually. It spews out radiation, making it a tactical choice for the mayor.
It has no dependencies, the radiation being the only problem that the mayor has to solve.
And don't complain about it saying "new123456" in the description, its my name other places, so I put it everywhere.
Its only drawback is the texture modeling: it stinks. It won't even show up on the 3rd zoom at high quality. The 3ds was imported from blender3D, and Gmax didn't do a very good job of rendering it.
