After the creation of the Hospital Pack, American Bats was devoted to the development of a pack of police stations, following a review in the form of a suggestion on the Hospital Pack, in the same way, the pack was created to give the beginning of the creation of the Super Civic Pack and make LBT and American Bats the most recognizable group in field of custom content. The Pack includes urban police stations and suburbans, in addition this pack includes the biggest police station done for SimCity 4, as well as a new police booth for the game, so, new improvements have been made in the designs of the lots and 3D designs of the buildings, giving the pack a more professional look than the previous pack Hospitals. With this pack, American Bats aims to recover from his second major shock since August 21, 2007, as well as attempt to break another record downloads per day.
