Kellan Metro- Lakefront District As Kellan continues to see record growth, the mayor announced that as of November 1st, 2013, Kellan was the densest city in the Pacific Northwest. Kellan Metro: Lake Jillian As Kellan keeps growing. A weird phrase started popping up in the circle of city planners, If you can't go out, you go up. And that's what happened. Update 6- Kellan Metro Area On the western side of a Pacific Northwestern Island lies a coastal valley. Most of you should know this is a side project CJ. But I am putting more time into this while I recreate Jordan, which was lost. The next metro area, as advertised in my Jordan CJ, will be greater than anything I've created. (Anthem wasn't working out, but is still alive. This is part of the Hillsboro, a town of 16,000, is the next city along the freeway, and the city where Anthem Lake turns into Anthem Creek. This small town has the culture of a big city, but is nowhere near that. As we enter Hillsboro, we run into some traffic caused by a crash that happened earlier today. Why doesn't everyone just take a detour? After waiting about 25 minutes, we passed the crash scene, the freeway is pretty quiet again. We get off at Neanth Blvd. We are gonna turn on Hillsboro Blvd....

After realizing that the Santa Rio Metropolitan Area was now 90% complete, I decided to take a tour of some of the cities and I realized that the region was not very unique, especially when compared to all of my cj's. A game like Simcity 4 can only go so far, so I decided tor recreated an old city journal of mine: the Kellan Metropolitan Area. Update 3- Heading East As Henderson Island's growth is concentrated on the Catalina Area, another fast growing area is Anthem County. [Click banner for full size] Riverdale is a prominent, relatively sprawly city with a denser core that is situated along the Riverdale Avenue Corridor. Downtown, Midtown, and Lower Riverdale are all located along this business corridor and each are only about 2 miles apart. The entire metro area follows the geography of the Oceanside River Valley, which is where it is located, and is also also known for being very hilly with the exception of the RA Corridor. St. Cloud is a small town of 6,000 people located on an island outside of Xylo. More Xylo Numerically, Xylo is one of the fastest growing cities in Henderson. The city has long been known for its low density traditions, but in 1980, a new mayor was elected for the quiet city of 550,000. By 2010, the Xylo's population skyrocketed to over 1.5 million. Palmdale will still have its last 3 updates, just had to get this out the way. Xylo, home to the second densest urban core, is a city with one of the fastest growing skylines in Henderson. In 1985, the tallest building in Xylo was barely over 300 feet tall., but in 2014 Xylo had two buildings over 1,000 ft high and six over 800 feet.
