Update 22- More Xylo

More Xylo

Numerically, Xylo is one of the fastest growing cities in Henderson. The city has long been known for its low density traditions, but in 1980, a new mayor was elected for the quiet city of 550,000. By 2010, the Xylo's population skyrocketed to over 1.5 million. This has also spawned new business districts, part of the mayor's plan to concentrate skyscrapers in certain areas. Some are even predicting that Greater Xylo and nearby cities will merge with the urbanized Radiator Springs Bay Area, more than 75 miles north up the Atlantic Coast, in as little as 40 years. If that happens, a new, Tokyo-style megaregion will form on the Eastern Seaboard with over 100 million residents, including endless miles of urban sprawl hugging the Atlantic ocean.

New Buckhead, a business district named after the nearby Buckhead district in Xylo. Unlike the monster business districts of the Central Xylo Triangle, New Buckhead and surrounding areas are cursed with aggravating gridlock due to inadequate public transit and a high number of suburban residents travelling from as much as 35 miles away.

This neighborhood, which is an equal radius from multiple business districts, is one of the most diverse in Xylo. Asians and Hispanics make up nearly 60% of the neighborhood's population, while Whites only make up 11%.

I really like the feel of your downtown. It would be cool to see something that breaks up all of the sea walls, like a promenade walkway or maybe an marina.
