Update 21- Xylo | Panoramic Intro
Palmdale will still have its last 3 updates, just had to get this out the way.
Xylo, home to the second densest urban core, is a city with one of the fastest growing skylines in Henderson. In 1985, the tallest building in Xylo was barely over 300 feet tall., but in 2014 Xylo had two buildings over 1,000 ft high and six over 800 feet. This skyscraper boom also brought a load of people, with Xylo adding over four-hundred thousand people from 1990 alone. But along with this came many city planning failures, including things like over-capacity freeways and an outdated public transit system. Even with all of these obstacles, Downtown Xylo remains to be one of the most expensive neighborhoods in North America.
