Kellan Metro: Lake Jillian

As Kellan keeps growing. A weird phrase started popping up in the circle of city planners, If you can't go out, you go up. And that's what happened. All over Kellan, mid-rise residential buildings started popping up everywhere, making Kellan the densest city in the Pacific Northwest. But the upper class residents of Lake Jillian refused to give up there mansions for luxury condos. Today, Lake Jillian still lies protected from this mysterious building boom, for now...

Downtown Lake Jillian fell victim to the building boom for about 2 years when the mayor put a ban that no more buildings above 2 stories in the entire city can be built. But you have to admit, its not a bad skyline...

This is the typical Lake Jillian landscape. Its quiet, peaceful, empty, and green. All reasons why Lake Jillian is not only the richest city in the KMA, but the richest city in the entire Pacific Northwest with an average income of $134,908.

This is Lake Jillian High School, Lake Jillian's "flagship" high school. This is the only high school in Lake Jillian, which is why it serves 4,023 students a day. LJHS is obviously overcrowded, as it was only meant for 2,100 students. In fact, it is so overcrowded that approx. 400 students are going to be forced to transfer to a different school by January 1st, 2014. A new high school, Riverview High School, is expected to open by the 2014-2015 school year and serve 2,000 students.

This is the intersection of Lake Jillian Blvd. and Lakeview Rd. in North-Central Lake Jillian. This is one of the only major road intersections outside of Downtown Lake Jillian.

These are the Jill and Radee-o Towers, home to Jill Productions and Radee-o Incorporated. These were built at the start of the building boom before residents realized what was going on. These two buildings are known as the most hated office building in the world.

This is the Lakeview Speedway, the most popular part of the Lakeview Fun Center. In 2012, the Lakeview Speedway received a record 1.13 million visitors, beating the old record of 978,000. However, the Lakeview Fun Center as received 1.87 million visitors as a whole, almost beating its record LOW of 1.86 million.

APSMS- Oops, I thought it was really that tall.. and there is no beaches that wouldn't ruin the realism look of the Downtown.
