Update 6- Kellan Metro Area
Update 6- Kellan Metro Area
On the western side of a Pacific Northwestern Island lies a coastal valley. In that coastal valley lies an up and coming city named Kellan, and many other surrounding cities. This area remained very sparse until the mid 1970s. The Kellan Metro area became the fastest growing city in the Pacific Northwest. Now, Kellan is just like every other American city, or is it....

Kellan's Current Population: 201,783
Kellan's Projected Population Upon Completion: 450,000
Kellan Metro. Current Population: 222,673
Kellan Metro. Project Population Upon Completion: 2.2-2.6 Million

I am making an attempt at making Kellan in sync with the real Pacific Northwest. This is a start. (Looking Up Pacific Northwest Flooding).

Downtown Kellan. The tallest building is the Ocean Blue Complex Towers (Center-left) at 645 ft. Second tallest is the Bleu Royale Building (center-right) at 625 ft.

The South Riverfront District (inspired by Portland's South Waterfront District). Tallest building is the Freshwater Palms Building (top-center) at 620 ft.

Kellan Convention Center. Today (Septemeber 28th), a record attendance of 9,876 people was recorded at the Milay Byrus concert. The maximum capacity is 9,900.
