Update 30- Santa Rio

Santa Rio is a relatively dense city located along the Zeus River, a deep and very windy tributary of the Kellan River. Santa Rio has seen accelerating growth due to its participation in the statewide Skyline Race, the name given to for the skyscraper construction boom all across English Vancouver. While Santa Rio may not have as many skyscrapers as nearby Kellan or the charm of Oceanside, it still has a special feel to it that makes it's residents proud to call it home.
Also, sorry about the six month break (I think it was six months). I haven't been a busy man or anything, other than getting a huge promotion, but I'm back now so hopefully the CJ can live on.
