Guys i'm looking for good possibly large parks that can be founded in only one lot if it is possible ,tnx for advance !!

I am looking for some stuff to make some nice beaches, but without using too many lots, so preferably mmp stuff. any ideas?

Scroll a little bit upwards and look @ my reply to VicRusty! Daddyo's or Homer's beach set is more than enough for a nice beach. Here is the MML for Daddyo, Don't think there is MMP beaches

-599 Lexington Avenue

-299 Park Avenue

-270 Park Avenue

Does anyone have one of these buildings or know where I can find an active link?

I'm thinking to put sims on the beach like eye candy trees or rocks. Without base texture.

For example if We use the Beach Props from LBT, finally the beach looks empty. Maybe We could put a few sims sunbathing and another ones taking a swim. The last result could be a beach full of people like in real beaches.

Ooops.. Sorry bout that. Guess i was a little bit tired and didn't read your complete request But a little clearification; many of those beach-bits will spawn sims hanging out @ the beach.. but as mentioned in the topic over at SimPeg; they are static props, not animated.

If you want animated sims at the beach you might as well go and play "The Sims" games.

I guess it depends on when "Sim life" actually begins.....

@VicRusty: Do a search on SimPeg's "search bar" function (it's that search bar on the page's upper right portion) for "Scrabble Box". The first search result should be Paeng's thread. Go into that "Old Scrabble Box" thread & on the top-most post by Paeng you'll find loads of mini downloads & the third one (simcrowds) might be what you're looking for.

Also, if you want beaches that visually have activity, then your best bed would be PEG's Beach Development Kit set as that set has timed prop SIMs that simulate a fun day at the beach. And you should get this wacky lot as well:

And watch the timed prop SIMs have a night time party on the beach.

Hmmm... when I translate that page it says; "I made ​​a huge park sister product made ​​before the 6 × 6."

Perhaps you need the original park as a dependency. Think that is this one if so is the case.

You want specifically oak trees?? Maybe you'll find some in the packs by Cycledogg, especially CPTNo8 & CPTNo9

Looks like you'll need the texture pack (FTexture) from NOB. He was another Japanese creator whose texture pack was commonly use amongst the Japanese designers.

Unfortunately, NOB took down his website a while back. There is some of his material available here, but I couldn't find the texture pack on it. I'm not sure if it's available elsewhere.

Many of the buildings on that site are merely links to other sites. There are several (including some on your list) that link to Simtropolis, and the links were "broken" when the site upgraded. You might search the STEX for the items on your list. You'l probably find a few.

Edit: You know, on second thought, some of the items on your list were made by members (names I recognized from the other site) whose material was taken off the site a while back, which would explain the broken links. Not sure if it's available anywhere else...

The ones on m vattb325s mcmansion set, but before you go on makeing suggestions let me explain. I saw some colorful mattb325 mansions but when I go to the mansions he has I only see the houses in one brown chocolate color but want the other colors too.
