@robin9000  For the private schools you can use the regular reward cheat of holding down the right mouse button when you place one, which will allow you to then place that reward a second time. That at least gets you up to 6, without needing a mod or anything.

I'm sure I didn't have that addon. I know it's quite vague. My towns used to have a small buildings only. nothing fancy. But then after installing some addons like CAM, NAM and some random NDEX files, huge buildings sprung up everywhere like flowers. It went from being like the first screenshot to the second if a few hours.

I vaugly remember coming across a mod which allows you to plop as many ferry terminals as you want. Does such a mod exist?

If you download a STEX ferry terminal you should be able to plop any number you want.

Previously I used a set of lots or bats that could be placed on all of the road types (i.e. avenue,, one way, street, road) and they could connect to nearly any transit network, rail, subway, bus, etc.  I cannot for the life of me remember where I found it or what it was called.  Anyone know of it or where I could find it.

Building a city and I dont want to see the transit stuff for now, and this would go a long way to acheiving that.

I think I'm being a bit dim but i am a bit of a ***** so its fine, i've also spent about an hour looking so i'm not being lazy . I was looking for modular parking lots. A lot of BATS seem to have the same car parks, grey spaces on bright grass with interconnecting paths. It's in joerg's Simtropolis Metro Mercy Center for example. I would really like to use it in game but i can't find anything to download? As i say i think it must be obvious and i'm being stupid but any help would be really appreciated. xx

You can try downloading hooha47's modular parking sets, made by a base set and some expansions and texture variations. Just search for "hooha47" in the STEX and they'll appear.

@NoggyG: As far as I know, doesn't exist a mod for this. You can make commercial and industrial districts with pedestrian malls (PedMalls) coming with the NAM, but residential zones need roads and streets to work. @cowboy626rz: You can get them by two ways. One of them is downloading the RH Airport pack here [link] and using the airports coming with it. There are some more modern airpors on the LEX but I haven't found them. The other way is making a large custom airport with the RMIP-2 and ACB-VLT packs and plopping an small 1x1 airport tile coming with the first pack, which pretends to be an airport but taking up an only tile.

^ Allstillwell- No, I'm almost certain there isnt... there are water taxis though I beleive included in the NAM.

Can someone help me find a beach mod... preferably one which makes the beach muddy or rocky. I can't find any!

@Jamonbread: You can get what you're saying combining your terrain mod with PEG's Beach Development Kit beaches, because this beaches have a transparent texture that lets your own shore to show. The one I have installed, and it works great is PEG OWW2 Beach Developmet Kit.

@portlander420: Downloadable disasters don't exist because they're not moddable. It is feature hardcoded on the game's *.exe file and I've always read that modifying this is illegal. About the tsunami or hurricane you saw, it was a hurricane but it was photoshopped by a user and caught instantly...

^ I mean like there will be a dispatch station where the cars are stored fixed and what not. and on the station you could adjust sliders on how much a cab fare would be, their range on how far they will take sims. I will try that out though thank you.
