Search for MAS71 Mega Props Vol01 on SC4Evermore. Same site you will find the Jondor Props as well.

Any idea how to remove the T21s/props etc from individual networks? I'd love to take the utility poles off of one-ways only.

The goal is to remove this while keeping the streets intact - wondering if that's easy or hard?

This is MRQS - The Cloth Hall (Sukiennice), Krakow which is currently awaiting restoration by @Tyberius06.

Note that many files on that site require payment. But the Cloth Hall download should work as it is just within the threshold of 1MB for free downloads.

This looks like Neko's JPN Sidewalk Mod. According to the Readme. You can remove a folder from the zPlopFile folder and that should prevent the decoration on the respective network:

If you need to remove an existing decoration I would try redrawing the road after deleting the folder.

Awesome! When I am at home I'll take a look at it. 

By the way, in the past few months there were several reports about bugs or issues with some SC4D LEX Legacy compilations including Mattb's. Can someone dig out these for me and send me links so I can take a look at them. I saw them, but didn't save the links and now I have no idea what these were about...

I'm fairly sure all the apartments are from Kei's "Japanese Building Style" set uploaded on Gobanboshi's website, but I don't have a link to it offhand. The commercial building is probably from Rush's zakkyo set, which is here: https://sim4rush.tuzikaze.com/sc4/bat.html

Ok, there it is. It was a simple enough upload, so I quickly made it available.

SideNote: I have a bigger project (restoring the SC4D LEX related SimGoober collection), but as soon as that's out of my way and before I would start a new LEX related restoration project, I'm gonna sort out the SimCity Polska stuff, then I'm gonna invite a few members to help me restoring those contents here on STEX.

I don't think so. This looks like something made by korver, and he occasionally made a few BAT's for himself and, sadly, never shared them in public.
