I believe the only place to download is NOB's site. I'm not sure if it is still maintained though as it doesn't appear to be much at the moment.

EDIT: This is supposedly his new site. Google translate couldn't properly translate it so I was unable to see if the file you want is there. Good luck.

Also you might want to try looking at SC4Devotion's LEX. I believe some of his work was uploaded there.

NOB has "retired" from SC4 material and has closed his site. The link in Jacksunny's post contains Nob's archived files. The port items are in the third section; the top four downloads. There's other port related items in that section.

Can anyone direct me to a functional seaport? I downloaded the rail one but it doesn't seem to work as an actual seaport (unless I need another dependency?) and I hate the maxis one. I'm also not very skilled at making my own lots. Thanks!

You might check out this set. It's probably the most reliable one available of it's kind. Seaports can be finicky things. Also, Pegasus has several nice styles available - search STEX for "Seaport". Keep in mind that the two are made differently and are not compatible.

I got the link for the first puzzle building [link]; but I haven't the others. I suspect that all the other buildings you ask for come from SC4Devotion's LEX as well; I'd recommend you taking a look there if nobody is able to give you the links.

I have a very big ''cant find it''...

im working on a new project for my simmies, and im so excited to start it, however its impossibly to do without what im about to ask...

my project involves simmars buildings, which i have every single building, road, etc... BUT i really need to get all of the buildings ''ploppable''.. is there a mod out there that makes EVERY building plopable? i tried the ''memories of the colonists'' but that only gives a few of the buildings. id really appriciate any help in this matter. if there is no mod for this, would someone be willing to make a mod doing as i described? (aslong as it doesnt go against any terms of use that is..)

Help, does anyone know where I can find a mod where the cars on highways and roads don't disappear? I see it on haljackey's UDI video where when he drives the cars right next to him don't disappear.

Don't know if it will help in what you are doing, but you could use the "LotPlop" cheat that comes in the Extra Cheats plugin.
