Kinda hard to figure out what you're looking for, but maybe you want a terrain-mod of some kind like CP's terrain mods. Look for *CP* or *Cyclepuppy* or even *terrain-mod*. There are several of them. Also *Heblem* has some terrain-mods with trees I think that can be plopped in Mayor and God mode.

These look like Gurry's sea walls, I think they're from a japanese BATter, but have no idea where you can download them. Also mas71 makes a few nice seawalls (search for him on ST and SC4D)
