@Sciurus Thx :)This van is indeed something like a J9, but not really being a car person I didn't think about it as a reproduction. A few details change - I think I've made kind of an unconscious mix between a J9 and the crippled late-70's Toyota Liteace my mother drove for centuries (the only reason that made her skip for a new car was the side sliding door coming off, that kept apart it was still just fine )

About the dirtiness of this last house, it's in fact the fourth version of it and there are already two that look more fresh. In fact most of the IRL houses I based mine on look quite ramshackle - with some refreshed ones popping out here and there. I'm trying to recreate the atmosphere of this kind of places I've been haunting a lot in my teens. I could send you some google maps links if you want *;)

@matias93 That's a really nice comment ! Thx for following my works for so long btw

What a cool building! Lots of little details that really tie it all together. I think 3X3 is a good amount of room for the size of the buildings present, so I wouldn't worry too much about that.

Nope, 3x3 sounds fine to me - and what's more important: I think you really managed to capture the spirit of the SC3K building! Coupled with that badly kept lawn, it really has the same vibe as its counterpart. Maybe the saturation of the brick and roof textures could be decreased a bit, but other than that I think we have a winner. Great job! *:golly:

I agree with T Wreaks, the textures look oversaturated. Other than that the building looks very well done.

Lovely!! This is the kind of places a real city is made of. Skyscrapers are tall and shiny, but they aren't alive on the way this buildings are.

TFW you set the bar that high than doing an almost perfect nightlighting it's "not your best work".

Looks perfect, with all the solemnity! This would work great with MMPs too.
