Thank you for the update! But huh?! The last flickering issues I had are gone too? - Well, that's some nice surprise I don't really get lol (Maybe I had some leftovers of old code somewhere till now)

WAIT! - is it intended that both styles - concrete and steel - now share the same third-rail texture? In before the steel version was dark, now it is yellow too :P

Is there anyway to prevent the metro trains from being too close together? Since the depot always immediately spawn a train right after another train has left, this results in the trains not being evenly spread out on the line.

First off, amazing mod.  Thank you very much for all of the hard work you have put into this.

The latest update to this mod is causing terrain displacement with the modular central station by BadPeanut (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=589761657&searchtext=modular). I use this station as a train station, have not converted this station, and I am not allowing it to be converted with the converter mod. When I have MOM enabled, Module 1 of the trainstation displaces the road that is supposed to be under the tracks so that it hovers over the tracks and elevates the terrain behind it. When I disable MOM, the issue goes away. This only became an issue after the recent update.  Maybe the issue is due to the new addition of integrated metro support, as Module 1 includes a metro station that has not been updated to support MOM.  Smashbox made screenshots showing the issue:

There are some solutions for this:

1. Use a mod called "vehicle unbuncher" from the Workshop. This will increase the spacing between the trains by time

2. Use the same functionality from the "Improved Public Transport" mod which isn't fully compatible with Natural Disasters

3. Use Traffic Manager: President Edition to put some timed traffic light on the depots exit. You then can setup a manual value in seconds to keep those trains from driving into your network ;)

Of what? The only screenshots I have can be found in the Expo Line thread. The only difference are the tracks. After my finals@andreharv and I will start adding them to MOM, starting next Friday.

  I'm getting the following error with this mod.  

The Mod C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Mods\MetroOverhaul [MetroOverhaul.dll] has caused an error [ModException]

I have MetroBridgePillar.crp in the following folder

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\Addons\Assets

I am also not able to select between tracks with fences and regular tracks (no black box on bottom right).  I also have all the other dependencies installed 

What could be causing this error?

I've been playing with the asset editor, and noticed that the steel station tracks, while super pretty and very fitting for many stations out there, do not have any third rails! Is this a bug, or are they just incomplete?

Hi, I got here a problem with the build of the international Airport and MOM. To get it work I had to reset the hole game and deaktivate all MODs and Assets also MOM. So I tested every MOD and guess, it was MOM that gooved up the game. Can´t set international Airport without this Error (See Pic). Like I said, to set the international Airport I had to deaktivate all Mods and Assets. 

MOM is a perfect Idea, but the World isn´t perfect and so isn´t MOM, there are error´s as well. But for me the international Airport is relevant. 

If there is a way to help, let me know. Thanx a lot.

Hmm, then I have no idea what could be wrong. Have you changed anything in the configuration files? If it's very important for you, you can try these things:

  • Backup your saves, delete both Cities: Skylines folders (both /users/[username]/AppData/Local/ColossalOrder/Cities_Skylines and Programs/Steam/steamapps/common/Cities_Skylines), then reinstall the game.
  • Try on a new map.

I'm thinking that the game's developers might add native support for elevated/ground level metro tracks that are featured in the Metro Overhaul Mod (as well as native support for metro stations with 4 tracks or more). This could result in the mod becoming redundant. I don't think it will necessarily happen in the near future.

The Game was a Clean install with only MOM and the MODs what was recomanded. Yep, I started a new map with no MODs and Assets activated and the int´l Airport could be set.

then I only activated MOM nothing else and the error came back.

@andreharv @Tim The Terrible, I hope you haven't abandoned work at future MOM updates and soon we will build MOM tracks with catenaries. Here is the photo for some inspiration. It is Bilbao metro viaduct with catenaries support.
