Recently I've made a new part of my city. At the moment this is the largest zone in my city. However, even though I've taken care of other options to travel to this new part of my city (subway, bus and train) there was still a large problem with traffic. Because this zone is on the other side of the river there aren't a lot of options to get there by car. This led to traffic-jams and other issues that are related to that. Thus I've decided to take care of this problem by starting a large-scale bike-project. I've already established some bike-lanes in roads in different zones in my city but I haven't really extended this idea on a larger scale. Mainly because I really focus on public transportation. In this case that didn't help and thus I've started this new project, the idea of the project is to build bicycle paths that bridge certain barriers like rivers and highways. The amount of cyclists tripled. Thus the project has some great effects already. I really like this new option in Skylines AD and I'm looking forward to doing more projects like these!

Looking at getting a colour correction mod to make it more realistic with the lighting. The game does look beautiful at night I must say... anyway here's a pic from daytime.

I leveled a section near my river and then decided to try to run a street along the cliff's edge.  Using the slope tool, the zig-zag sttreet tool and a lil' bit of editing, I think it came out pretty nice.  The residents took no time at all to fill in at the top.

Check it out...

Yay for nature shots! Cities:Hiking should be a thing.

Here's the main road (the only road?) in and out of Westport, complete with a little gas station, median lanes and all! (I don't like highways at all)

Just wondering - What rock mod did you use and where can I locate it?

The island of Snibben

Overview over the area from the previous pic. The island of Snibben is actually a few kilometers away, but we'll get to that!

The following pics are from the island itself.

Thanks! I made it myself using ramps and bus lanes. I can publish the asset if you want, but I don't know if it'll work seeing i've used narrow road angles and modded roads.

Now that you described it it makes more sense, so I think I'll be able to work it out myself (though it was something from the Workshop with custom textures).

But feel free to publish it anyways - I'm pretty sure many people would like it. I think the results of 'physical' mods like Narrow Angles or Road Anarchy shouldn't cause problems, as they pretty much only affects road positioning when you plop them (if you'd delete those mods afterwards, the roads would remain the same). Custom road types could be added as a required dependency (or replaced with - less attractive - vanilla roads) - the only thing you can't include afaik. is lane configuration done with T++ or Traffic Manager.
