Well, these are not that coincidental phenomenas, they were planned somehow like this, but I guess the repetition is still standing on these...

@mattb325stuffs usually are growing like weeds sometimes I need to block them in a way. However I had to fight with @Jasoncw's Warwick Square houses to grow like this. Changing tilesets and density, blocking everything else, raise the taxes to get only R$$$... And it's not always perfect, because sometimes the corner lots don't want the truth and the don't growing on the right spot. But anyway they are very beautiful models, They have a mandatory place all of my plugins folders... Thanks guys!

Hilton is REALLY trying to get a monopoly near the Convention Center in Sylvania. It's kinda ridiculous. (The Resort Hotel & Convention Center isn't far behind, with Hotel Annabell coming in 3rd.) (Honestly, I'm just happy to have so many hotels growing near the Convention Center! It's the kind of thing I would usually have to coax through some judicious plopping.)
