It's Trixie time!

 

Every year we've gotten pms from our legions of fans who want nothing more than to shower us in glorious awards. They write saying that they accidentally used either Jasoncw or nofunk to nominate bsp/mipro, and then couldn't nominate us individually for other awards, or they'd like to nominate the bsp but weren't sure how because it didn't have its own account. They tell us that they've taped pictures of our BATs on the ceiling above their bed, and that they've recreated our likenesses using their earwax. They tell us about the dark altars in their basements over which they've sacrificed many virgins in hopes that it would make the next BAT hit the STEX a little earlier. And they apologize that they couldn't nominate us like they had wanted. We assure them that seppuku is not necessary.

 

But no more!

In my opinion, we can NEVER have too many smaller W2Ws to create varied streetscapes...real cities may have a couple dozen skyscrapers, but hundreds of smaller W2W buildings.  And yours are consistently some of the best...the Anchor Bar looks fantastic!  More of that size are always appreciated, but I have no doubt whatever mipro creates will be fantastic.

So it turns out that this year the pre-defined Trixies are reduced to a few "core" Trixies. But everyone is still welcome to use the "I want to make my own award" category to nominate to your heart's content.

 

 

I haven't worked on Anchor Bar since the last update (time flies!), but I've gotten a little done with the nitelites. This preview shows the building scaled horizontally to fit 16 m wide. Let me know what you think.

I've started remodeling it from scratch because it's hard to come back to a 5-7 year old model and know what you were doing with it. I've double checked it against what I had done before, and some parts are almost exactly the same, but some parts are quite off, so this new version will be more accurate.

 

The lot size will more than likely be 2x4, and it will probably be R$$$. Overall this isn't actually a very big building, but it works nicely as a tower among small apartment buildings and low density residential, which is how it's situated in real life. But it'll feel really small next to most medium density buildings.

6x8. Or 6x7.5, but depending on how the wide sidewalks are dealt with and how the building is scaled a little, it would most likely be 8.
