Kosher apple sausages/hot dogs for dinner, followed by raspberries, fresh from the garden, with some ice cream and canned coconut water

    Local fresh strawberries.

    EDIT: Forgot to mention that they were mixed up with some Mascarpone.  Needed something, probably a little coffee or vanilla flavour (or both).

    Still sipping my Diet Coke thinking about what to have for dinner.  Probably Saffron rice with chicken stock and finely chopped onion.  Easily made in the nuke in about 25 minutes.
