It looks great but I have to suggest that you need to change the color of the glass more towards gray.

 

To achieve the best possible looks, since the facade is so reflective the main work ahead of you is on the ground plane image. Check out Jason's  tutorial about Gardener Center Glass. This image show how he dealt with highly reflective glass and ground planbe that is relfected. Image needs to be made in a way that it shows something but not objects that you can actually recognize. Like here:

 

 

 

 

Also on the upper half of the building, bump intensity must be higher so that the bump map show a lot more. You should probably reduce the bump value for that. 

 

Other than that, I'm really looking forward to this building. Great job!

Yeah that's some tough glass to get right because its so highly reflective. I think the colouring of your first one was closer, while the newer version the reflectivity is better, but the colouring is off, it looks way too blue, and a bit too "fake blue" as well - you've used a blue ground plane perhaps? Here's a Bing image, I think it needs to be darker and a bit more greenish or army grey, and as Vlasky said, you'll need to work on making the reflected surroundings less noticeable. Otherwise, great work so far, as always the roof is superb

I've done a few progress on the Equitable Building. But I'm again disappointed with the the glass.

I've down the IOR level and change the color of the reflections. Now the reflections are more darkness and green, like my first update, and I think more real.

 

@Vlasky and Reddon: You're right about the reflections and colors of the building. But it's difficult to do an high reflective windows without any perceptions of the ground map . I've always use an google map or bing view, here, I've try to a mix of several pictures to do the same thing as Jason. I'm working on again and again

I liked the second variation... but this one, it needs refining though... reread what Jasoncw said in his tutorial about this -i suspect u already did that... and then, after you refined it, see it in game and how the tweaking looks in 'real sim' application... over all this is a great competent model that can be used in a tutorial as well...

tu as un problème sur ton noise. Tu as un effet avec plein de ronds, et c'est trop proéminent. 

 

Ta texture asphalte est trop reflexive.

Tu peux monter un chouia ton contraste sur tes textures de toit.

 

Sinon c'est pas ma du tout.

 

Si tu peux rajouter encore quelque détails ça sera top

Thanks guys for your comments. I have re-worked my windows and asphalt textures, add some details around the building, trees, wall etc but many other should be added

I'm actually busy but I've done some progress on the night version of the Equitable Building. And I want correct some details on the roof textures in the day version before the final export
