I just received the fixed tower 4 from bixel, with which there are new combination possibilities. I have at least 5 lots for each wealth level in mind, i.e. 10 moe lots for a total of 32 lots. However, tomorrow I'm going home until next tuesday, so the release will take at least 1 1/2 weeks.

If nothing changes, 15 R$ and 17 R$$ lots made up of different combinations of 5 buildings. No dependencies.

Maybe I'm going to make a very special (albeit not strictly realistic) landmark lot some CJ makers might love, but I'm not sure about that yet. So far it's not more than a vague idea which may turn out to be a failure. The growable lots have priority, that's for sure.

I was hoping that this one was going to be made soon, and wow. It looks like it is pretty much done. Amazing work!!! Now I simply must build a city with the IFC in it. I just can't wait to see what the next surprise is... Thanks guys for the amazing building and keep up the good work!

ok, I uploaded 1IFC on the STEX, it should appear there soon. Also I want to note that when I sent 1IFC to T Wrecks, I also sent him a retextured 2IFC! So for you guys wanting to build IFC in your cities, you might prefer to wait until that one's up too. (the new version fits on a 4x4 lot instead of a 5x5)

Yeah a 4x4 lot! You guys are reading my mind word for word. The smaller base will definitely give us the chance to do more with the building, such as use it in a dense downtown core, where it is not as set-out from the surrounding buildings as the previous version was. Thanks! I never really noticed a problem with the texture on the 2 IFC, but then again my computer sucks and I play the game with really low settings (almost as low as they go).

@ newyorkrunaway: Are you sure you are not mixing up 1IFC and 2IFC? The tall and slim one is 2IFC. This one, 1IFC, is indeed a lot shorter; check this little picture gallery: http://www.emporis.com/en/il/pc/?id=120365&aid=8

If you look closely at both BATs, you will also see that 1 IFC has straight walls, whereas all walls on 2IFC are slightly curved. The base section is different as well, and the "fins" on the roof crown stand more upright on 1IFC, whereas they appear to be bent more towards the inside on 2IFC.

1 IFC is looking amazing T Wrecks! although the two IFC's look similar, their shapes are different, as already said but far away, they look like brothers.

i checked it out, i did get them mixed up. i thought i was going crazy there for a sec, they look so much a like when you dont spend a lot of time studying that city. im usually pretty good at naming the buildings, lol, oh well, great bat!

1IFC is gorgeous, and yes I have downloaded it. Thankyou Paulvmontfort and T Wrecks for your hard work. Much appreciated.

I have been pouring over my small collection of HK pics I have and decided that it is high time I start making a small series of Bus/Malls that HK has integrated near its 'Garden' centers. MTR and such...I will prolly be making 3 of them each representing it wealth class i.e. Low, Med, and High Wealth. These will prolly be the most unusual of Bus Malls in the simcity game. Since they are of HK variety it will include a small shopping center, large urban parking lot and public parks. My aim is to have TE enabled LOTs prolly of this variety 2x6, 3x6, or 3x8. They will fit very snug within the LOT meaning the building will take up all availible space, instead each one will have perfect custom LODs so that cars props and flora can be placed on patios, parking lots, and terraces.

My ultimate goal is make the Tung Chung MTR Transit Center, this will be a very unusual LOT and I will try to work with Jesselong and Hong Kong on this one. If you have pictures PELASE DO NOT POST HERE, instead send them to me via yousendit.com or by pagelink to nbixel@gmail.com
