  1. I've been away from the forum for years... (wow are you a stranger?] Actually that's not a few towers standing in the nation park. It's only the snapshot that makes it look weird. They are standing along the coast of the New town Tung Chung, on Lantau Island. If you are coming here Hong Kong, you will pass through the new town and see all these buildings along the expressway. Hong Kong has a massive area for country parks , or national park as you've mentioned. Though they are not like huge patches of grassy flat lands for us to run on it - what a pity! They are just like woodland connected with some lengthy and steep walk for hikers. Actually it's not enjoyable to go hiking in the country parks because the weathers is so humid and hot. You feel like isolated in the woodland. By the way I like living in Hong Kong.
  2. If you like the Sceneway Garden, I'm sure you are interested in the Locwood Court, Sherwood Court, Lynwood Court, Maywood Court, Kenswood Court and Chestwood Court of the Kingswood Villas in Tin Shui Wai. The total area of Kingswood Villa accounts almost one-third of the area of Tin Shui Wai.
  3. Actually, most secondary schools in Hong Kong, 2 schools are sharing the same school building... I mean, the school building is having 2 totally different schools inside, or, the school association is having the primary school and the secondary together in the same building.

    Woah... Just ... wOwOW!!
  5. I'm sure that you can make it better, bixel! BTW, it is already quite nice. Great Job!
  6. You are rocking the STEX, bixel!! A masterpiece per week is weekly freshly-baked! That makes me feel excited every day to check'em out. Haha... Nice Manhattan Hill Foundation. I'm sure a new masterpiece has almost finish it's baking... Haha... =D
  7. Looking forward to seeing the Estates! They aren't boring! They are inexpensive but great! Haha..
  8. Pictures are definitely taken in Tin Shui Wai... I suddenly figure out that Tin King Estate in Tuen Mun has the same pronounciation name as Tin King Estate in Tin Shui Wai... But in Chinese, it's completely different. Oh... I don't know how to explain... Just let there be 2 Tin King Estates in Hong Kong... HAha...
  9. Tin King Estate?? That's probably in New Town Tuen Mun...
  10. Oh they are estates in the New Town Tin Shui Wai. Actually there are 2 estates only. They are separated by the gap, which has a footbridge connecting the open space. The Left one in grey and green colour are towers of Tin Heng Estate. The right one in blue are towers of Tin Chak Estate. There are plenty new estates in Tin Shui Wai actually.
  11. I see you are spreading the creations in to different tile-sets, from mega lots to pencil towers, bixel. =]
  12. The Manhatton Hills are great indeed... But in real-life, the stack of buildings fits strangely to the society of Mei Foo...
  13. Ahh.. I see the Tung Po Court in the STEX... Yeahh.... BTW, Bixel, I see you are releasing many real-life buildings that you don't know it's actual name. Please feel free to ask me if you want to know the real name of the building... I may figure it out if I got a real picture.
  14. Some are.. some aren't. I see some friendly relationship built between the neighbours in the housing estates. Not all old communities are being pushed by the government. Actually some are willing to be moved out because the buildings are really worn out and imposing safety hazard, electricity, hygiene fire hazards... Hong Kong housing estates are improving a lot, or I shall say, better. The quality is not bad at all. Swimming pools, shopping centres, playgrounds, schools, bus terminus nearby. Very ideal indeed.
